Karine Gordineer, Founder of Green Girl Herbs & Healing, is a Certified Plant Spirit Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, Native American Herbalist, Reiki Master/Teacher, and Educator, offering individual energetic healing sessions, herb consultations, and classes. Her introduction into herbalism and Earth healing practices began when she was a child learning from her father who was of Mahican Indian ancestry. Karine has trained extensively in Plant Spirit Healing, Shamanism and energetic healing modalities as well as medicinal herbalism learning from many amazing human teachers such as Pam Montgomery, Sandra Ingerman, and Rosemary Gladstar to name a few. She also considers the Spirits of Earth, the Plant Spirits, and Elementals some of her greatest teachers and mentors. Her work is based on the belief that living apart from our divine connection with the Creator, the Earth, and the Spirit Beings of Nature, forms a split in our souls that must be healed in order to restore balance to ourselves, our communities, and our Planet.
Karine teaches at The New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx and Midtown, and has taught at The NY Open Center, the Omega Center, the Center for Alqonquin Cultural Studies, Westchester Community College Continuing Education, and Marist College.
